Digital products
Everything sold on Wallzix (single wallpapers and wallpaper packs) is digital content delivered by instant download. Nothing is shipped.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download is made available. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is delivered.
When we do refund
We will refund or replace your order if:
- You did not receive your download link (please check your spam folder first).
- The file is corrupted, will not open, or is not the design shown on the product page.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or for buying the wrong design.
How to request help
Email wallzix.info@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
